Excel Climatisation through the years
1995
François Lanthier founds Excel Climatisation to provide installation and maintenance services in air conditioning and ventilation.
1999
Creation of the refrigeration department to offer equipment start-up and repair services.
2001
Excel Climatisation becomes the leading Carrier dealer on the South Shore of Montréal.
2009
Creation of the plumbing and heating department to offer an even more complete service.
2010
Excel Climatisation celebrates its 15th anniversary. More than 500 wall units, 200 central systems and nearly 600 air exchangers installed.
2012
Construction of the new head office at 4915 Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier Boulevard in Saint-Hubert.
2015
Celebration of our 20 years in business. The company then has 79 employees.
2016
Excel expands its service offering with the addition of an electrical department.
2018
Warehouse expansion with an additional 7,000 square feet to support operational growth.
2020
Excel Climatisation receives the President's Award, the highest honour given to a Carrier dealer.
2022
The president retires and passes the torch to his sons, ensuring business continuity and continued growth.
2026
Excel Climatisation continues to grow with the same ambition: delivering quality installations and providing service that meets its customers' expectations.
